STUDENT RESPONSIBILITIES
be aware of the content of the syllabus,
check regularly CooSpace/Neptun with a linked email address, as these are the means of communication between students and lecturers/instructors
arrive on time to lectures and practices
leave only after class has ended
follow the lectures, take active part in practices
show emphatic and respectful behavior during classes
avoid the use of cell phone or other electronic devices unless asked by the lecturer/instructor
acquire any new material presented in class if absent
read the required literature
meet the deadlines
do.not.cheat.
contact the responsible lecturer/instructor via e-mail and/or ask for an appointment if the student has any course-related problems
TESTS, ORAL EXAMS
Before the examination/midterm the examiner will check each student’s ID and will provide instructions about the administration of the exam.
Students are asked to bring their photo ID and completion sheet with them. Students are permitted to have only pens/pencils with them, all other personal items (backpacks, cell phones, notes) must be left in the front of the room, or where the examiner/proctor indicates.
Any form of misconduct (cheating, use of non-permitted electronics, etc.) will result in immediate suspension and failing grade.
In suspicious cases students are obliged to hand in the device (or other materials) to the examiner.
If caught cheating, students are required to hand in the test/draft. The examiner will sign and forward it to the Educational Committee of the Institution.
If a student does not cooperate or cheating attempts are repeated, the Educational Committee of the Institution will initiate disciplinary proceedings in breach of academic standards.
