Orientation week for first year medical, dental medicine and pharmacy students 2017/2018
Orientation activities for the first-year medical, dental medicine and pharmacy students take place over several days (between August 29 and September 4). A number of activities have been designed to introduce students and their families to medical school realities and to formally induct new students into the profession of medicine, dental medicine and pharmacy.

The University of Szeged has reached a new milestone: a new precision robotic surgical device has been tested at the Department of Traumatology and Orthopaedic Surgery at the Albert Szent-Györgyi Medical School, which could revolutionise the accuracy and safety of knee replacement surgery.
